Yuki
This is one of the "unique local sakes" selected by a liquor store in Shirakawa, Fukushima.
The name "Gomangoku" is similar to the name of sake rice, but it was named after the Miharu domain in Oshu, which was once known for its Gomangoku rice!
The first sip has a subdued aroma with a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami, and the taste continues to the end and is easily cut off. I thought this kind of sake would be loved for a long time to come. The simple purple and gold label is also very nice. ❣️
