Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA㉕
Koshino-Kanchubai] and [Chojamori] booths.
Niigata Meisho brewery with many brands.
This time, we tasted a series of sake that we were interested in because of its impressive label, which was planned and produced by about 15 members of "Niigata Bikozo," a women's community that enjoys sake.
The leader of "Niigata Bikozo" is Kazue Murayama, a professor at a junior college in Niigata who makes sake only once every five years.
Onna Mori]
The sake is very limited, and the fact that it will be finished after this event makes it very tempting to buy. A Junmai Ginjo with a gentle sweetness.
Otoko Katsu
A real dry sake with a crisp aftertaste.
Usugurenai
A blend of Onnamori and Otokokatsu, soaked in a red wine barrel. It has a reddish color and a slight wine flavor, but tastes like sake. This is my favorite type.
At this point, Mr. Sakeran turned back and appeared.
Back to the recommended Echigo Toji, again.
