I've been wanting to try a heated version of this ottersai.
It's one of the best warmed sake I've ever had (although it's young).
It's easy to drink without the peculiarity of heating.
I've had it at room temperature and it's just like an ottersai.
Ottersai is still very good.
We couldn't open a bottle of Hakkaisan rice shochu next to it because we were too drunk.
