At the brewery in Shimosuwa, Shinshu. It is bottled from a vacuum barrel immediately after pressing, and is a pleasure to enjoy.
It has a fresh green apple aroma, and when you take a sip, the soft mouthfeel, freshness, and pleasant sweetness are wonderful. The finish is a fade-out with all tastes blending together in one harmony, which is a new experience for me. There is no way to describe the lightness and softness of the gaseous sensation. It is too delicious.
