Tsururei from Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. It has been about 5 years since I looked at the past record.
It is nigori, but the bottle was opened easily. The bubbles and nigori were strong, but the sweetness was restrained.
The sweetness is restrained, which is typical of Niigata sake. It is my favorite type of nigori sake. I enjoyed it with yellowtail and radish.
