Everyone loves Denshogiku. We found last year's Denshogiku quietly left in the refrigerator of a liquor store. Of course, we bought it. I really wanted to get a bottle of Orikarami Denshogiku, but it was sold out. Let's hope for this autumn.
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from 50% Yamada-Nishiki. It has a fruity aroma, a gentle sweetness, and a delicious rice flavor. It disappears with just a hint of residual flavor. This mellow and gentle taste is just like the image on the label. I should have bought a bottle.
