Stars shine in the cold sky
Chikurinji Mountain, which rises behind the brewery, is home to the largest astronomical observatory in Japan, and the shining stars are close by.
Winter is the time of year when the stars shine most beautifully because the air is clearer. In other words, this sake is squeezed during the time of year when the stars are at their most beautiful. Tonight, enjoy this refined sake and put your heart into the starry sky.
The brewery has been growing its own Yamada-Nishiki since 1987. This sake is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice grown with great care by the brewery staff.
