The mild and straightforward sweetness, like that of a white bean, dominates the palate with just the right amount of umami. The lingering aftertaste is comparatively long, and the impression of fullness is pleasant while insisting on its straightforwardness.
The optimum temperature is around slightly cooled room temperature. Personally, I think it is a very good sake that can be drunk indefinitely.
