あんかけ
I bought it after the owner of a local liquor store recommended it to me.
The aroma on the nose is of rich rice. The first thing that hits the palate is a slight tangy stimulation, followed by the unique thickening of the sake and the deliciousness of the rice. As it is a Nakadori sake, you can taste the original flavor of the sake without adding water. Although the taste is a little dry when swallowed, the crispness and moderate lingering aftertaste will make you want to drink it again.
