It can be enjoyed with a wide range of meals.
This sake is made from Hiroshima Zouga's linear heart white rice.
This rice has long been known to produce excellent sake, but its high ears tend to fall over easily, and it can only be grown with clean water, so its cultivation was discontinued.
The rice is milled to 50% and brewed using the heart white of the rice, which is the core part of the rice.
