［After the crab dinner, we went back to "Sakeba Maruko" for a second round of drinks (2).
I remembered I hadn't had my second drink, so I chose this one 🍶.
Echizenmisaki Ume Yeast Junmai Genshu PRUNE
The aroma is calm with a hint of plum flavor, the mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a beautiful umami flavor, and the finish is refreshing with a lingering sweet plum flavor and aftertaste.
The sweetness and umami of "Echizen-misaki" matches the aroma and taste of ume, and is quite delicious.
When I asked the waiter if I could take a picture of the cellar to confirm the details of the sake, he told me that I could take a picture and if there was anything I wanted to drink, he would be happy to bring it to me from the cellar.
