Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁.
It is Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake from Fukushima Prefecture.
The top aroma is gorgeous and sweet like honey, but it is not that assertive.
Once you drink it, the sweet and sour taste that fills your mouth, the umami, and the bitterness are all tightly controlled, and it has a good sharpness.
It is a very well-balanced and delicious sake, and I would like to purchase it again this year.
On a side note, I made a little mistake when opening the bottle and spilled some 😅.
