This year marks the ninth time the Ryusendo Cellar Project has been held.
The Junmai Ginjo-shu Autumn Agari was safely taken out of Ryuusendo on September 7, and after one summer, it has matured mellowly and has a clear, transparent taste.

The finish is soft and sweet, typical of Iwate sake.
It is a brand of sake that has been slowly matured at a low natural temperature in the famous limestone caves of Iwaizumi Town called Ryusendo.
