I didn't like the aftertaste 😅
It was a bit moldy or something.
I don't know what to say 🫣.
I guess it has a strong malted rice taste 🤔.

I heard that Sanuki Kuraudai is made with 3 times more koji than normal sake.
I only have an image of it being sweet and sour, does it smell like koji 🤔

I didn't like the dusty aftertaste of amazake, I felt it a bit at the end 😅.
I was kind of under the impression that amazake has a lot of koji 😅.
