Gassan's Innovation Series. The unrefined sake is controlled at low temperature and has an alcohol content of 11%.
This is the first time I have had a low-alcohol sake. The taste is beautifully sweet with soft peachy fruitiness. Because of its low alcohol content, it seems to be a good aperitif in summer when well chilled.
This is one of those bottles that made me feel the breadth of Japanese sake brewing. Delicious ‼️
