At the end of the year, I visited a sake brewery near Suwa Lake in Okayama City, Nagano Prefecture. Of course, I was looking for "Junmai Shinshu Shiboritate Unrefined Unrefined Nama-shu" for the New Year's holiday.
The sake had a delicate texture that danced on my tongue, an elegant aroma, and a rich flavor that was perfect for the first sip of the New Year. I am going to drink good sake again this year!
