From the aroma, it is full and fruity. The mouthfeel is juicy and delicious, with the delicious flavor of rice rushing in.
Even my wife, who is not a sake drinker, enjoyed it as if it were wine. I enjoy this sake with the thought that it is a Junmai Ginjo level sake.
