A gift from an acquaintance. Mr. Tsuneo Oikawa of Tooru Sake Brewery is a famous Nanbu Toji. This is the last sake that he brewed. The sake is made by polishing Yamada Nishiki to 35% and the alcohol content is 17 degrees. The sourness is unexpectedly strong, and the sweetness and umami taste follow afterwards. It is an honestly delicious sake. Unfortunately, this is the first and last of Tsuneo Oikawa's sake.
