Ten'yurin特別純米酒 限定瓶囲い
くま吉
Purchased from a liquor store in the city, where I had previously purchased Koikawa and other brands that were delicious.
It was the first time to drink this brand, and I was curious about the description "limited bottling".
(immediately after opening the bottle).
Drink it cold.
Clear and colorless, no carbonation.
Gentle, pineapple-like sweet ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it has a gentle sweetness similar to watermelon and a very strong freshness.
A weak dryness appears later, and even after the dryness disappears, the fullness is still felt a little in the mouth.
The aftertaste is clear.
The taste is strongly fruity, and compared to other fruit-like liquors, "fresh" is the best word to describe it.
The fact that the year of production is recent may have an influence on the taste.
When served with cod roe or pickled sashimi, only the dryness of the sake can be felt and it gives a pale impression, which is not good.
The impression of the sake alone is too different from the impression when it is paired with snacks, so it is quite tasty, but you need to choose the right snacks to go with it.
After pouring it into a glass, it becomes very sweet and has a strong ginjo aroma.
(2 days after opening the bottle)
Drink chilled
The fruity aroma is slightly reduced and the full-bodied aroma is enhanced.
Not sure if this is due to the effect of chilling or the passage of time.
It tastes best at a slightly warmer temperature than chilled sake.
