I tried it by itself first.
It is less sweet than the blue label.
On Setsubun day, I tried it with Keiho-maki, a traditional Japanese rice cake, and it was very good.
It's a combination.
It adds a bitter aftertaste.
I wondered if the bitterness would develop over time.
I thought so.
I drank it a little while after the meal.
I didn't taste any bitterness.
If I buy it again, I will try to drink it with different dishes.
