This sake was served at the beginning of the month at a Japanese-style bar in Shinjuku called "Sake Cost Sake Brewery".
It was in limited supply, but there was still some left at the time of purchase, probably due to the popularity of another sake that arrived at the same time. The taste is gorgeous and refreshing, but with a strong umami flavor.
