It comes in quickly, and the aftertaste, including banana-ness, comes with a bang. It may be far from the so-called "hana-yoku" style.
I like it, but my wife doesn't like it.
I will add a note. If you let it get a little closer to room temperature and let it get some air, it changes its appearance! The banana feeling comes out early, and the subtle sweetness and the gentle flow to the aftertaste is still HANAIYOSHI. I am looking forward to Miyamanishiki.
