Junmai Ginjo Hitonatsu no Koi
I like Hitonatsu no Koi so much that I buy three bottles every season. Normally, the label is supposed to have two hearts nestled together, but the number of hearts on the label has increased dramatically, and I wondered if I was hallucinating because I loved it so much, or if my love had finally arrived. The overflowing hearts are like the Milky Way, which is very good. I like it.
Needless to say, the taste is good. It is a summer edition of Atago's usual Atago no Matsu, with a slight meloniness and a deep, rich flavor that remains. The freshness of the summer sake is added to the outline of the flavor, so the impression left is simply light.
As the ultimate in food sake, this sake is made with the same high skill as always in creating a flavor that does not interfere with food, but is so complete and satisfying that you can spend a happy summer evening with just this sake and water.
We are the Shinzawa Brewery.
