It's all over the place, isn't it?
The fruity flavor that spreads like Eiko-Fuji and the slight bubbles enhance it even more.
The smooth texture and sweetness of the ogara-mushi lingers on the palate and is delicious.
The entrée was sea bream with grated sake steal and thickly sliced ham cutlet.
The ham cutlet was tall with cheese in between 🧀.
It goes well with mustard!
