At Kagoya Sake Shop in Shimotakaido, they sell a sake made from Akaban Omachi rice called Kunihira-mai, which is produced by a rice farmer named Kunihira-san. I immediately bought a bottle of Sharaku, which I like.
It has an intense, fruity aroma and a beautiful sweetness that is typical of Sharaku. The price has gone up, so I don't get it as often as I used to, but Sharaku is definitely a good sake.
