Kab
Melon aroma is faint.
In the mouth, the rice flavor comes out along with a slightly green melon-like fruitiness, and the dryness of the alcohol gives it a sharp edge. There is no unpleasant feeling of being alcoholic.
When served in the middle of a meal, it may react with vinegar or soy sauce, or it may have a sweet taste. It may be like pickled melon.
It is watery and refreshing, but balanced. There is no wildness at all, a quintessential perfection and cosiness. It is especially good with vinegar. You can drink it as much as you want, and it is easy to find, so it is very good as a regular food sake.
I would like to try Jungin and Kutouryu next.
