It has a beautiful taste, as is typical of Bishou. It is dry, but you can taste the flavor of ginjo, and it is well balanced.
It was freshly opened, so it was very crisp.
Since we drank it at the hotel, it didn't seem to be properly chilled, so it will probably taste even better when drunk properly.
