I saw on the label that it is a kijoshu!
When I drank it, I was a little surprised to find a mix of No.6-like flavor and the sweetness of kijo-shu 🫢.
No.6 has an image of being fresh, sweet and sour, and light, but this one gives a very different impression.
It's No. 6, but it's a sake with a robust flavor of sweetness, fullness, and a bit of astringency.
It's not as dense as Yonotori, but it's still No.6 and delicious. ‼️
