FOX（備忘録）
This is an untouched sake from Tamagawa. A type of rice called "Shukyu". The taste is fresh and dense, like an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The acidity is strong and matches the dark flavor. It does not linger and is refreshing to drink despite its density. Junmai Ginjo 60%, about 1,700 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
