I've been wanting to try another brand of Denshin by Ippongi for a long time.
I happened to find it at a liquor store far from here, so I bought it‼️
I wonder if it's not selling well? It's a year old, but I guess it's OK. ‼️
The aroma is a bit dry.
It's not the same as hine, but the aroma gives the impression of aged sake 😌.
On the palate, it has an aroma of maturity, but it's light and refreshingly sweet, and from there it has a smooth, slightly bitter taste that is nicely integrated. ‼️ It's delicious!
It's classical, so it's hard to please everyone, but it has a sharpness that's different from dry wines and a good overall cohesiveness👍It has a slightly peculiar aftertaste after swallowing, but I think it's probably because it's been a year.
It seems to go well with peculiar snacks 😆It went well with salted squid, but personally I would like to try it with sea squirt 🥰.
