It's been a while since I had a glass of Shinmasa. It's the first Viridian I've had at home.
The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of apricot, yogurt, and cypress. On the palate, it disappears nicely with a sweet and sour hint of sourness. I think there was more apricot residue when I drank the flax cat series, but this one is clean and delicious. I've paired it with braised turnips, fried lettuce with oyster, and Iburi Goko cheese, and it's delicious✨.
