Hakukoのろり 特別純米 おりがらみ生
けいけい

The gasiness is strong, and while it has a light mouthfeel typical of low-alcoholic wines, it also has acidity and umami, giving it a rounded impression. Compared to the popular low-alcoholic beverages, the sweetness is moderate and a little off.
As you drink it over time, the temperature of the sake rises, and the milky flavor becomes thicker as the ori (ori) gets involved, making it a sake that can be drunk slowly and leisurely, just as the name implies.
