Today is the Jikin Festival at home.
This Jikin is 80% Gohyaku-mangoku.
As soon as the bottle was opened, a fragrant aroma rose from the bottle, and I was convinced that this was definitely a tasty one.
The clear sweetness and acidity were in perfect harmony, and the taste was refreshing.
This is the first time I have seen the design on the stopper.
Why is it not the usual one?
