Nita Honke's Nigori✨.
I'm personally quite addicted to and follow Niidashi Zenshu, which is a kuradashi yeast sake 😌.
The nigori in it has a great moromi or rice feeling‼️.
It has a strong yogurt feeling from the lactic acid derived from the nascent yeast, a sweetness and mouthfeel like amazake from the sweetness of the rice malt, and as it is only 16 degrees alcohol, the sharpness comes from the alcohol feeling that kicks in ^_^😌
This is so delicious✨.
