かっぷく
A colleague at work purchased it in Niigata and brought it to Tokyo. It is a product distributed only in Niigata Prefecture.
Unlike the fruity Hiragana "Takachiyo" that I usually drink, this one has a dignified and luxurious aura.
As is typical of junmai daiginjos, it has a refined taste with no cloying flavors. There were other sakes available at the time, but I liked this Takachiyo so much that I ended up having a little more than I wanted. I wonder if I will ever come across it again!
