I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure if it's fruity or if it's the ginjo aroma of the rice. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It has a strong alu taste. It is easier to drink than the white because there is no miscellaneous taste (☼ Д ☼), but it will make you swoon.
It was not my favorite sake on its own, but I ate it with a bowl of Matsumae Zuke and it was delicious 😋 It was the right sake to go with rice.
