At a sushi restaurant in Yaizu 🍣. It wasn't very cold, so the alcohol attacked me more than the daiginjo flavor and gave me a lumpy impression. This would be better chilled 🤔 I served it with precious tiger globefish milt and sea urchin, which added creaminess to the dish and the result was not a bad marriage 🤨.
