Senkou's snowman, we got it again this year✨.
I opened it the day I got it.
After about 10 seconds of opening the bottle, the automatic stirring started... and it never overflowed, but it looked fine 😁.
Silky mouthfeel and well balanced ✨
No sweetness, no sharpness, no umami.
It's so good ✨ ❣️
The acidity was milder than last year.
As expected 👍Senkou is looking great this season too 😀.
Postscript
2 weeks after drinking a third of the bottle, the gasiness is the same and it's even mellower ✨.
