The first sake of the year is the first KONKUNICHI I bought at the end of the year😄!
It has a fresh aroma of nama-shu, a sweet and silky taste that bursts with freshness when you drink it, and a sharp acidity on the back end that cuts through crisply and refreshingly 😋.
This is my favorite type of sake, it can be enjoyed on its own!
