I ordered it lukewarm, as recommended on the menu.
Oh, wow! It's delicious!
It is a deeply tasty flavor that soaks into your body and brain after being drunk to the skin.
If you take a closer look, you will see that it is a sake brewed with omachi. The spiciness is mild for a sake degree of +14. I guess it is easy to drink with 13% alcohol by volume after adding water.
My old friend who is not used to drinking sake didn't like it 😅.
