This is one of the products I bought for some reason.
It is neither acceptable nor unacceptable.
It's a good sake for a meal.
The rest is a matter of taste, I guess.
With just a little fermentation, it can become sweet, sour, or have a strong umami flavor.
On the other hand, Koganezawa has no special characteristics, which may be the intention of the brewer.
It is difficult to say.
