Hakuryu純米吟醸 夏・き・り・り
いっかいやすみ
I was torn between the two, but I chose this one because I preferred its elegant and playful packaging.
As the name suggests, it was crisp, refreshing, and easy to drink. The accompaniment was slightly seared dried firefly squid. The raw smell of the squid's body was washed away, and each flavor was in indescribable, exquisite harmony.
However, this exquisiteness was felt only on the first day. The sake itself was delicious on the second day as well (in fact, the balance of sweetness was better on the second day), but I couldn't get enough of it.
