Kenkon'ichi純米酒 亀の尾 生酒
遊さんvol.4 February's sake, which was Jikkomai Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama, so I reserved it for January and had this one first. But this one is delicious, too. It is so refreshing that it is hard to believe it is a junmai sake. If the balance were a little worse, the acidity would be too strong, or it would taste like a regular junmai sake with the rice in the front. It has a very pleasant balance.
