I bought it before the competition and was about to drink it, but it won the gold medal and I thought it would be a little too "meek" if I drank it now, so I opened the bottle now.
It's light, slightly cloudy, and sweet at the supernatant! When mixed with the lees, it became even richer. I liked it so much that I'll buy another one when I go out again.
