A strange sensation with just the right amount of sweetness, a refreshing feeling, and a Calpis-like aroma. Quite tasty. It tastes light when it is cold. When hot, the alcohol makes you swallowed. Very good lukewarm.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Deep in the mountains of Okuizumo Town, Shimane Prefecture. The name "Yugami" is derived from a very local place name.
The family that owns the horse that won the Seven Crowns, Simbol Rudolf, and the family that owns Hikami Sake were related to each other, and this brand was born.
Before that, there was only one bottle of sake called Hikami Masamune. I did not have enough courage to buy it.
The brother who served us was very talkative, and we learned a lot from his stories.
