Yuko
The Glorious Fuji label always gets me.
Hikari Fuji's summer junmai!
A very popular bottle last year. It is made from 80% polished rice of "Gohyakumangoku" produced in Niigata, a popular rice suitable for sake brewing.
It has a smooth rice flavor and a sharp sharp taste with a clean mouthfeel.
This dry junmai sake can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from cold sake to warmed sake.
Dry (Sake meter value +14), different from Junmai Daiginjo-type sake, which always has a mellow aroma.
