It smells great and is very fruity with a pleasant gassy sensation in the mouth. It is very fruity and sweet to me, but not so sweet that you can drink it as much as you want. Instrument Masamune is delicious, but Shizengo is also a very tasty sake. This was a gift from a friend in Fukushima, so thank you!
