カチカチ山
This is the third in the series of spring sake for the wife.
We fell in love with the label and decided immediately after tasting it.
The aroma is slightly pear-like.
The mouthfeel has a slight gasiness with a sweetness that comes in gently, followed by an umami taste that spreads in the mouth.
It goes down the throat gently but crisply, leaving a subtle aftertaste.
Overall, I have the impression that many of the spring sakes are gentle.
It seems that there are many spring sakes that match the wife's tastes, and the series will continue for a while 🌸.
