マグロ漁船
This is Momijihime, Hakurei's annual hiyaoroshi.
The liquor store near my office orders it for me, so I don't have to go to Miyazu to buy it.
The aroma is faintly fruity.
I think it is Muscat type.
It is quite juicy in the mouth. The aroma and flavor are well balanced and thick. The acidity is also moderate.
The impression is a little more flashy than last year. The mellowness that is typical of Hiyaoroshi is a little subdued.
There is some spiciness and bitterness in the latter half.
In general, it has a beautiful and gentle aroma, and when you hold it in your mouth, the taste swells up, and you can feel the solid flavor while it finishes off.
This sake is just right after all.
I look forward to it every year.
