It's still rice wine. It is too delicious.
The texture is similar to Akita Sake Komachi, a smooth sake. Akita Sake Komachi has a soft sweetness after drinking, but this one has a clear sweetness like green apple in the first sip, with a pleasant lingering rice flavor.
It is a relatively unassertive sake, so it is in every tsumami.
